ArtPal is the only Print on Demand service that allows me to offer prints and sell my original artworks side by side in the one place. It means I do not have to stock and ship prints of my artworks myself, and they don't take any commission from sales of my original art. They also don't charge me a fee to use their service other than whatever they earn from the sale of prints. They literally save me an annual fee to implement a shopping cart on my own site, and give more options for prints than I could ever offer myself.

I'm based on the outskirts of Adelaide, South Australia. I ship all my artworks through Australia Post who then pass your package on to the postal service in your country. I ship to anywhere they can deliver to. If you would like to check the status of your country check out Australia Post's International delivery times and destination guide. You are responsible for any customs charges that may be placed on your package.

Yes, the cost of insurance is included in the shipping costs of my original artworks. Should your artwork not arrive, and every effort has been made to locate it without success, an insurance claim will be made to recover costs and to refund your payment. I will keep you updated on this process.

While I do make sure original artworks are well protected during shipping, If the work arrives damaged i.e. the packaging has clearly been compromised in some way resulting in the artwork being damaged, please take photos before opening the package, and then take photos showing the damaged artwork and let me know if you wish to make an insurance claim. 

If the artwork is not destroyed and could be repaired you're welcome to send it back to me for repairs or you can source a local art restorer in your area. You will need to cover the cost of shipping and/or repairs to the artwork pending a successful insurance claim.

Yes I do however, understand that I do NOT paint realistic portraits of pets. You will be getting a version of your pet depicted and painted in my cartoonish stylized form. I will do my best to suggest your artwork is a depiction of your pet by keeping the same markings, outfits (collars, neck scarves etc.), and trying to capture their personality with an expression and/or pose that is unique or common to them but, ultimately it will be a caricature in my art style. You will get a lot of say in the development of the artwork. Keep in mind I specialize in cats... I can probably draw your hamster in my style but I'm really the 'cat guy' (and to some degree the 'dog' guy).

Commissions come in two sizes (portrait or landscape): 40 x 30 cm (15.7x11.8in) - $450.00 | 40 x 50cm (15.7x19.7in) - $950.00. Artworks are created on a pre-stretched canvas frame. Shipping is not included in these prices.
